What are you doing to increase the likelihood of health and wellness? Are you focusing on eating what the planet offers us as food or are you consuming too many man-made foods? Are you exercising and doing a physical activity outside of basic regular activities that are apart of your daily schedule? Are you filling your mind with positive affirmations that are going to better prepare you for what you’ll encounter throughout life? Are you doing enough things that bring absolute enjoyment?
