December New Years Resolutions?

Chiropractic

“Do you have to wait until 2015 officially arrives to work on your health and wellness goals?!”
As the year comes to a close, we would like to thank all of you for entrusting us with your health and wellness and allowing us to make contributions to your goals.

It’s not completely necessary to wait until 2015 to begin working on your health and wellness goals that you know you don’t pay as much attention to as you should.  The more work you put in now towards the tail end of the year, the less hard it will be going into the new year maintaining where you’ve been or attacking your new year’s resolutions already having gotten a head start.  We’re here to help!

Please keep in mind that as chiropractors we are often thought of as aligning the spine and providing adjustments.  That’s true, but just a portion of what we do.  We don’t ignore the more than 600 muscles each of us has that dictates to the bones what needs to be done.  That’s why soft tissue work and massage are complimentary services to the very valuable adjustment.  Dr. Jason Harrison commonly works on hands, elbows, feet, knees, hips, etc…  If you are ever unsure just ask if an issue you are dealing with or someone else you know is dealing with is something that falls within the scope of chiropractic here at MaxLife Chiropractic.  Often times, the answer is “yes!”  If not, we’ll offer the necessary advice on how the situation should be best dealt with.  We make every effort to reach those before it’s too late from having to say “I wish I would of known that sooner”.  A lot of more invasive procedures have irreversible side effects or more serious side effects than what you thought.  Always go the more conservative and non-invasive route first!

If you are ever in need of lifestyle advice, don’t hesitate, it’s possible that the same question you have someone else just asked or has asked in the past as well.  It offers both of us an opportunity to learn more about how to accomplish your health and wellness goals just that much more.

If you ever find that we have come up short of your expectations, it’s never intentional and we’re always striving to do our best and allow for you to have the best experience possible here at MaxLife.  Please let Katie know at the front desk, bring it to my attention, or just e-mail me at drj@maxlifechirofishers.com so we can have an opportunity to address something that we’re possibly not aware of.

However, if you do have a good experience…please tell others and help us reach others that may need to hear your story as well…

What I would like to ask of you: please share how and why Chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, lifestyle advice, etc…benefited you, so that others too may know about the benefits that are possible for them.  You would be doing myself a great favor trying to spread the work of Chiropractic and what MaxLife can do for them.
